ELITE INTEGRATED SYSTEMS is a division of CHISIM VENTURES, LLC which is owned and managed by the following individuals.
Linda Gail Chiles is the majority owner of CHISIM VENTURES, LLC. and is responsible for the day to day management of the organization.
She has served in various executive positions throughout her career. She has a Master's Degree from Southern Methodist University in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Political Science.
Clayr Simnacher also an owner of CHISIM VENTURES, LLC. is also actively involved in the day to day management of CHISIM. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Methodist University in Psychology and a Master's Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Clayr is responsible for managing the Human Resources area of the company. She is also directly involved in the Sales and Administration. Clayr has experience in directing diverse teams and employee training. Clayr is a good communicator and skilled in conflict management.
Greg Simnacher, P.E., Sr brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. As a licensed professional engineer, he has been working in the engineering field for the past thirty years. Greg received his electrical engineering degree from Texas A&I University prior to it becoming part of the A&M system. He is licensed with the State of Texas as a Professional Engineer.
Greg has spent the last 30 years working in land mobile communications designing complex public safety wireless voice and data communications networks. Greg oversees the technical operations of the organization. Whether the system is for a single resident or a large corporation, as a skilled technical designer, he is extremely detailed oriented and thorough in turning concepts into reality.
Greg Simnacher, Jr is currently majoring in business entrepreneurship at Baylor University. He is also licensed with the State as an alarm installer and salesperson. He is managing operations in the Waco area.
